FAQ for User j-lantah
  1. How do I request a pick-up for my UCO?
    Pick-up request can only be made through j-lantah application which can be downloaded on Google Play Store and Apple Store. Instruction for requesting UCO pick-up can be found on the "How to Request UCO Pick-up " menu in the User Guidelines of j-lantah application.

  2. How many litres of UCO can be picked-up by Mitra j-lantah?
    Mitra j-lantah can pick up a minimum of 1 liter and a maximum of 40 litres of UCO, and the volume can be counted until 1 decimal, for example, 1.1 litres, 1.2 litres, and so on.

  3. What if I want to submit UCO of more than 40 litres?
    You can split the UCO for two or more pick-ups or you can contact j-lantah customer service. Our team will help you with some solutions according to the volume of UCO you want to submit.

  4. What kind of UCO criteria does Mitra j-lantah accept?
    We accept all used cooking oil, which can be liquid or solid, with no limit on the number of repeated uses and turbidity. The UCO should not contain water and it would be better if it is filtered from food crumbs or other impurities first.

  5. What containers can I use to store UCO?
    All liquid containers such as used plastic bottles (drinks, cooking oil, etc.) or plastic jerry cans, as long as they are tightly closed.

  6. What if I want to change the pick-up request data?
    You cannot change the data that has been submitted. You can cancel the request by pressing the 'Cancel Order' button, then you can place a new pick-up request with the right data.

  7. What if there is no Mitra j-lantah who takes my pick-up request?
    You can choose to cancel the request or keep waiting until Mitra j-lantah arrives. No Mitra j-lantah takes the request because the pick-up location is out of range or Mitra j-lantah who is in the range area is busy

  8. What happens after my request is confirmed?
    Please wait for Mitra j-lantah’s arrival at the predetermined pick-up location with the estimated arrival time as stated in j-lantah application.

  9. What if I've already requested pick-up but I'm not at the location?
    You must be at the location you entered when requesting the pick-up as Mitra j-lantah will verify the quantity and quality of your UCO and then you will need to reconfirm through j-lantah application.

  10. Can I rate Mitra j-lantah’s performance?
    In order to improve Mitra j-lantah’s performance, you can leave comments and ratings to Mitra j-lantah after the request is completed. You can also leave complaints and suggestions through our customer service.

  11. How do I redeem my points?
    Instructions to redeem points can be found in the "How to Redeem Point" menu in the User Guidelines of j-lantah application.

  12. What if I have redeemed my points but my bank’s account balance does not increase?
    If it has exceeded 1x24 hours since the points were deducted but your bank’s account balance has not increased, you can contact our customer service and inform your j-lantah account’s name with a screenshot of the point history in j-lantah application.
